申明浩（1978-），广东外语外贸大学副校长，粤港澳大湾区研究院院长，博士、教授、博士生导师，产业经济学博士点召集人。国家社科基金重大项目首席专家，教育部重大攻关项目首席专家。入选国家级人才。兼任国务院就业工作领导小组咨询专家、澳门科技大学博士生导师、中国工业经济学会常务理事等。主要研究领域为湾区产业经济、国际经济和数字经济。
在《经济研究》《管理世界》《经济学（季刊）》等期刊报刊发表论文100余篇，出版《零距离时代》《谁在掏空中国上市公司》《粤港澳大湾区访谈录》《粤商崛起》等著作4部，主编出版“粤港澳大湾区蓝皮书”“粤商研究”等系列丛书。主持“产业经济”“一带一路”“粤港澳大湾区”等国家级重大、重点及政府课题40余项。
成果获党和国家主要领导人肯定，多次获中国智库成果奖和省哲学社科优秀成果奖。曾在联合国世界投资论坛、金砖国家学术论坛、中新知识论坛、腾讯生态年会等做主题报告；长期为国家部委和广东省领导提供咨政服务，多次为高盛、安联、阿斯利康、字节跳动、新鸿基、建银国际、新加坡GIC等国际知名企业提供投资顾问服务，为清华大学五道口金融博士班、中国政府太平洋岛国高级公务员培训班、京津冀、长三角和大湾区等局处级干部培训班讲授“粤港澳大湾区”“一带一路”“自贸区”“数字经济”等课程，培训高层次学员逾万人。

PROFILE
Minghao Shen is the Pearl River Scholar Professor of international trade, as well as the dean of Great Bay Area Institute (Guangdong, Hongkong, Macau) , director of the center for cantonese merchants studies, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in China. He is also senior researcher of Guangdong Institute for International Strategies and Chief expert of major projects of the National Social Science Fund. He has been to the University of Southern California and California State University Los Angeles for advanced study in 2011. In 2015 he went to the University of Queensland for visiting and study sharing. He has made the keynote speech on the United Nations World Investment Forum, BRICS Academic Forum, Shenzhen Finance fair, Tencent Ecological Annual Conference, Tsinghua GSPBC Global Finance Doctor class, etc. Nowadays, he is the co-chair of LA-Asia International Research Exchange & Faculty Development Conference. His research area includes Bay Area Industrial Economics, International Economics, and Digital Economics. He has taken charge of more than 30 foundation programs at national major and provincial level, such as the “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area” “Digital Economics” and the “Opening of the Service Industry”. Meanwhile, he has published more than 100 papers on journals, such as Economic Research(PRC), Management World(PRC), and China Economic Quarterly(PRC). He has also edited and published the Blue Book of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
